第三方社會化委托運維工作實施計劃
根據《污染源運行管理辦法》，為加強對城市主要污染源自動監測設施運行的監督管理，確保污染源自動監測設施的正常運行，污染源自動監測設施”（環發[2008] 6號），“漳州市人民政府”辦公室關于實施第三方社會化關鍵污染源自動監測設施委托運行和維護的實施意見”（張政辦[ [2017] 23號），我市自2017年開始實施第三方社會化關鍵污染源自動監控設施的委托運行。如下：
一、指導思想

二、工作對象

四、監控運營和維護資金
（[一）資金來源

八、職責分工
（一）市環境保護局的職責
